On this architectural work, two names of international and national importance are joining forces to create the Turquoise Marina by Arka hotel: AGIKONS, the leader in construction in Albania, and Amanda Levete Architects, one of the most renowned contemporary design firms in Europe.
Mr. Gentian Sula, founder and director of AGIKONS, has brought a new approach to development, constructions that are not just structures, but living experiences, that build a new lifestyle for a modern Albania. With the hotel project in Turquoise Marina, he sets another cornerstone in the development of luxury tourism and elite housing in the country.

Known for her iconic projects in London, Lisbon and Paris, architect Amanda Levete brings to Albania a unique approach to design, bold, elegant and integrated with the natural landscape. In collaboration with AGIKONS, the ‘Turquoise Marina by ARKA’ hotel is being designed, which will become a symbol of the development of exclusive tourism on the Albanian coast.

The Turquoise Marina by Arka hotel is designed with 110 rooms, designed to offer privacy, tranquility and amazing views over the Adriatic Sea and the marina.
